Terms for using Colla.
These terms are intentionally plain. Colla is in active development, and the product should stay clear about ownership, storage, external tools, and beta limitations.
Your Content
Your files, notes, captures, and other materials remain yours. Colla does not claim ownership of the work you bring into the product.
Storage Providers
Colla may connect to storage providers such as Google Drive. Those providers keep their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and account controls.
Colla stores structure and metadata around your work. File bytes stay in your connected storage by default, as described in Trust.
External AI Tools
Colla can help prepare context for external AI tools, but those tools are separate services. You choose what to export, paste, upload, or share outside Colla.
Beta Product
Colla is changing quickly. Features, routes, and supported workflows may evolve as the product develops. We will try to preserve continuity and communicate meaningful changes clearly.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Colla to violate laws, harm others, interfere with the service, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
Account Requests
For account deletion, privacy questions, or metadata export requests, use Contact.
